Four weeks of health advice, gentle exercise, relaxation and community connection have come to a close in Carndonagh as the RESTORE Your Wellbeing programme, delivered by Inishowen Co-Op in partnership with Inishowen Development Partnership, concluded on Thursday 15th October.
