Shipping/Delivery Policy & Terms
Free Delivery: Orders over €99 to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland are delivered free of charge. (large appliances and white goods subject to charge)
Pallet Delivery: e.g. large appliances (fridge freezers, cookers etc), are subject to a delivery charge of €85.
Confirmation Email: Once you place your delivery order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to track your order's journey. Click here to track your order. Please keep your tracking number safe.
Damaged Deliveries: Please inspect all deliveries for damages before signing for them.
No Extra Fees: All orders delivered to Ireland do not include additional fees or duty charges, except for bulky items. Bulky items incur a charge as stated in the delivery details.
Out of Stock Items: If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will promptly notify you to inform you of any possible delays.
Large Bulky Items:
Large Bulky Items: Please note that large, bulky items such as large appliances and white goods are subject to a delivery charge of €29.99. These items will be delivered to your doorstep. Free Local (Inishowen area) deliveries on orders over €99.

Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect Service is FREE. Simply order online and collect in our store in Inishowen. We aim to have your collection ready within 1 Hour of your order. You will receive an updated email when your order is ready for collection. Click Here to view our store location.
