The recent Health & Wellbeing event hosted by Inishowen Co-Op was a celebration of life and an opportunity to support World Mental Health day.
With a large attendance, the speakers and exhibitors shared a message of connecting with others and looking after your health and wellbeing.
The FREE health checks were very popular and there were ideas and opportunities for everyone on how to get involved in their community from the local community exhibitors .
